Simple, from the very first step

How It Works

Whether you’re a provider making a referral or a patient starting your next chapter, Mindflow MD makes psychiatric care easy to access and easy to stick with

Your Journey
With Mindflow MD

STEP 1
Get referred or book directly. Mindflow MD accepts referrals from treatment programs and providers, or you can schedule your own intake at this referral form . Either way, we’ll be in touch within 24 hours.
STEP 2
Complete your intake. Your first appointment is a comprehensive virtual psychiatric evaluation — a real conversation with a board-certified psychiatrist who specializes in addiction. No judgment. No rushing.
STEP 3
Get a personalized care plan. Based on your evaluation, your psychiatrist will work with you on a plan tailored to where you are in your recovery — including medication management if appropriate, therapy referrals, and ongoing monitoring.
STEP 4
Ongoing care that fits your life. Regular follow-up appointments via video — from your phone, tablet, or computer. Flexible scheduling. No commuting. Just consistent psychiatric support as your recovery grows.

How Referrals Work

STEP 3
Patient completes their evaluation. A board-certified addiction psychiatrist conducts a thorough virtual evaluation and develops a care plan.
STEP 4

What Great Post-Treatment Psychiatric Care Looks Like

What to Expect

A good psychiatric relationship takes time to build — and that’s exactly what Mindflow MD is designed to support. Our patients aren’t seen once and discharged. They’re followed closely, with care plans that evolve as their recovery does. We ask questions most doctors don’t make time for. We coordinate with the people already in your life. And we show up, appointment after appointment, because consistency is what makes the difference.
